Author Visits

I love to visit schools to talk about my books and the process of writing and illustrating. If you’re interested in having me visit, or just have questions, please use the contact form below to get the ball rolling.

I’ve been doing author visits and speaking events for over thirty years, all across the United States and Canada. My presentations focus on the process of writing and illustrating, with interactive audience participation projects integrated throughout. School visit programs are designed for grades k–6, but I also enjoy presenting at colleges, libraries, and literacy events.
